Ricol Automotive was founded back in 2001 by the Walsh brothers Ric and Colin. Originally operating from Mum and Dad's garage the boys had built everything from Datsuns to some of today's most competitive race cars. Now with a FULL compliment of workshop facilities including a newly constructed Dyno Cell, RICOL have continued to grow in development and build quality that now see's them as one of the best "One Stop" performance workshops in Sydney.
Early in 2004 the boys built a drift S13 to compete in the national and local competition run by Full Lock, Drift Australia and Initial Drift. Soon after this a second car was added to the Team RICOL where both cars competed nationally. Still extensively involved in the drift scene, RICOL still campaign the two heavily modified S13 Silvia's to date which is a testament to their build quality and knowledge of what is needed for a tough circuit/drift car.
